Welcome to hillfarmstay.com, operated by Echor Hill Farm Stay, a boutique resort located in Palampur, Himachal Pradesh. By accessing or using this website and/or booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

A confirmed reservation requires advance payment, either partial or full, as stated during booking.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice but are fixed once your booking is confirmed.
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: 1:00 PM IST
Check-out: 11:00 AM IST
Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the property, nature, staff, and other guests.
Illegal activities, loud music, and disturbance are strictly prohibited.
Any damage to the property caused by guests will be chargeable.

4. Children and Extra Guests

Children under 5 stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Extra beds or guests may incur additional charges depending on the room category.

5. Pet Policy

Pets may be allowed on prior request only. Additional charges and restrictions may apply.

6. Liability

Echor Hill Farm Stay is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are advised to take proper precautions and safety measures during their stay.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural calamities, political unrest, or pandemics.
