Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

• 7 or more days before check-in: Full refund minus 5% processing fee.

• 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund.

• Less than 3 days before check-in or no-show: No refund.

2. Group Bookings (3 rooms or more)

• More than 14 days before check-in: 75% refund.

• Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund.

3. Early Departure or Unused Nights

No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights once check-in has occurred.

4. Force Majeure & Resort-Initiated Cancellations

In the event of cancellation due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or technical issues, guests will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, as per availability.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
